ANNUAL FEES: The Annual fees for your Basic and Additional Cards have been waived for the first year. The fee is $75 thereafter for each Basic Card and $35 for each additional Card. You must apply online to receive the first-year fee waiver of $75 for the Basic Card and $35 for each Additional Card.
Payment for charges on your Card account is due in full, upon receipt of your monthly billing statement; you may not defer these charges.
LATE-PAYMENT FEE: If an amount is past due, a late-payment fee will be charged which varies from state to state from zero to the greater of $30 or 2.99%.
